I try to believe that I was born to be a doctor! But since I was a child I always get amazed when I sit with my aunt whose plain hobby was to watch cooking shows. But she was a chef once in this five star hotel owned by the Marcos’ and was later claimed by the government when they declared that the Marcos’ owes the government something. During my first year in College, I was in UST’s Nutrition and Dietetics program which was some sort of degrading for me since I classify myself as an obese and there’s no reason for me to deny it (hmpf). I just thought that if I should’ve pursued the program I would be graduating this year and studying in a culinary school will certainly cross my mind! So what about my doctor dreams!

Well.. good thing I got out of that program. But being a chef could’ve been swell. But I’m still looking up to managing a pasty and pastry shop in my hometown in the future. Of course together with my aunt.
